Chapter 13 Husband Meets Wife

“So…the judge approved this…” It was hard to believe the kind of situation I was left in by my older brother. It seemed they did things deliberately just to annoy me or anything. My brother's whole life was dedicated to working without crashing. He never took any rest, even when he fell ill. I blamed it on the woman he loved, the mother of the twins she gave birth to and walked out of my brother's life. He loved her a lot and gave her whatever she wanted, but she broke his heart and chose another man without thinking twice. I didn't want to go through what my brother went through. His depression led him to an early grave, and I cursed the woman who was responsible for that.
“The court firmly told me they'll keep an eye on you for about six months or a year just to see if the twins are okay with your…wife”it was impossible to think or even put my head on the pillow to get some shut eyes without waking up middle of the night hoping to find everything back to normal with my brother managing the company and taking care of his kids and me out there partying to my heart content
