• “The next question he asked me was about my virginity. Damn! I was embarrassed,” I complained to Salsa as we sat at the edge of the garden, cutting the flowers and weeding off.
• She snorted, and gazed upon me with her pitiable porcine face, “You don’t need to worry yourself,” she whispered, glaring around to see if anyone was at earshot, “I overheard Opula tell Doctor Newman to ask you questions about your virginity,” she whispered and glared around.
• “What!” I exclaimed nosily and Salsa gestured at me to keep my voice down, “But what do they need my virginity status for? What insolence! These girls are impossible,” I mumbled at earshot.
