Chapter 277 Eva's Hurt

• Detective Sam detained Eva and me after a long investigative question which bordered on the explosion. Eva had responded just as I wanted her to respond. Too much thought dropped on my mind as I thought about the possibility of someone sneaking into my chamber to plant an explosive.
• While in detention Eva had reminded me, “During the next interrogation, please don’t you ever make the mistake of mentioning your pregnancy to Detective Sam. You can’t mention your pregnancy, not now you are expecting to sign the divorce.”
• I shook my head in disapproval, “Definitely I wouldn’t make such mistake. This pregnancy means a lot to me and I know it will spark trouble if I should let your family know about it.” I whispered and sensed the ear-ringing silence that hung over us.
