• My heart gave a nervous jolt as I drove through the familiar gates of the Morgan residence, the memories flooding my mind the closer I got to the main house.
• Madame Morgan was expecting me, I’d called ahead last night. For some reason, we had developed a good platonic relationship. I liked and respected her and she treated me with the same respect. When the whole thing with Danielle and Carl broke out, she called me and we talked (and cried) about our raw emotions for hours.
