Chapter 51 Cammila's Revenge

• Shane paced around the living room, worried and angry at Cammila for not answering his dozens of calls. Cammila disappeared without a word after he saw her get into Jordyn's car this afternoon.
• Shane couldn't stop cursing his stupidity for not trying to stop Cammila when he had the chance. This afternoon he was too angry because he saw Cammila kissing Jordyn in an empty classroom. Against the background of the blackboard and diktat books stacked on the table, they both looked like they were really enjoying the kiss. God only knows why Shane didn't pull Jordyn away from Cammila and beat him to a pulp. The good side in him prevented him from doing that for several reasons, firstly because they were on campus, Shane couldn't let the campus council further corner him because he beat up a student on campus, secondly, because he remembered when Cammila shed tears in front of him because of his assholery. He didn't want to see Cammila cry again because of him. He had to keep the dark side within him confined within his body, as Doctor Jarvis said.
• But hours later, Shane regretted his choice not to beat up Jordyn while he had the chance. Now, Cammila disappeared without a word, and the last person seen with her was Jordyn. How could he not accuse the man of kidnapping Cammila? And what could Jordyn possibly do to Cammila by kidnapping her? They had kissed on campus. They could do whatever they liked in a more private place, without people to disturb their fun.
