Chapter 35 Mysterious Tycoon

• Lucien smiles up at Ethan at his act of benevolence but this smile only lasts for a second as he abruptly purses his lips in disappointment and tilts his head. "Do you think I don't have sufficient money, Bryson?"
• Ethan freezes at his choice of words and gulps. He has hoped to form a stronger bond with Lucien with his act of kindness but forgot that Lucien has never once accepted a gift from him.
• Even though it hurt him, he can't say a word regarding that. He knows Lucien is damn wealthy although he doesn't know to what extent. "My apologies, Mr. Wood," he says embarrassedly. "In that case, I'll be in the private room next to this. Call me if you need anything. I hope you enjoy your little stay here." He hurriedly excuses himself.
