Chapter 35

• When Jane went to the makeup room to retouch her cosmetics, she coincidentally encountered Gwen leaving. She greeted her by saying, “Hi, Gwen.”
• Gwen replied with a simple “Hey” and walked on without even sparing a glance at Jane. Her conceited attitude was still evident.
• Jane turned her head and watched Gwen’s back, feeling surprised that she even responded to her. However, her thoughts were interrupted by a sharp female voice from the front, impatiently instructing her to move out of the way.
