- My father announced to me that he would be out of the country for a week on business matters. He asked me to have a father"daughter movie outing before his trip. We did this on some occasions. There was a knock on my door and instantly I knew it was him by the knock. He knocked twice, three times. I was in the middle of reading an article in a magazine about a new matte nail polish."
