Chapter 25

• “He is weird, different and weird. I do it to annoy him, purposely cook and not clean until after I eat. Drives him crazy.” Nodding, I laugh as we cook, he is taking ages, where did he go? I glance around the kitchen, I get what he is saying. I at least put things away, plates in the sink and such. He just leaves it at his back.
• I watch as Marcello walks in, his eyes widening at the mess. “I'm going to go sit through there before he loses his fingers.” He shakes his head and walks back out.
• “Okay, I can understand him with you. Even I want to clean now.” Adrian laughs, nodding as we finish cooking. I start to clean but he stops me.
