Chapter 20

• I find myself in bed, just lying there watching the time pass by. He spoke to my parents, despite knowing everything. It feels like they are now controlling this relationship, not me. Eventually, my eyes close as sleep takes me away. Only the dreams are not perfect and just further proves that I need to break away.
• How though? How do I break away from someone, someone I really like and right now is the only person in my life? Clyde has gone, and Rose, and that means all our friends are ignoring me. The knocking wakes me. Jumping up, I rush to the door, Alesandro looking at me shocked. “You should have been up ages ago. Hurry up.” Nodding, I step out the way so he can get in.
• “Sorry, I didn't sleep well, couldn't fall asleep last night.” He nods.
