The moment Clara stepped out of the office, she headed straight for the mall.
She knew her budget was limited, if she spent recklessly, her mother wouldn’t be happy about it either. After much consideration, she decided that gold jewellery was the most practical choice. It held its value well, and as long as there weren’t any extravagant embellishments, she could find a decent piece for a few thousand dollars. A couple of extra shifts at the club would cover the cost.
With a price range in mind, all that was left was choosing the right design. She browsed several stores but didn’t find anything she truly loved. Still, she wasn’t in a rush, she planned to finish checking this street before making her decision.
