• Before boarding the plane, Ryan checked his phone one last time, his final action of powering it down was filled with intense frustration.
• By the time Ryan walked through the door, it was already past eight in the evening. After taking a shower, he was too exhausted and took a quick nap. When he opened his eyes, it was already past midnight. Touching the cold side of the bed, he felt like he was back in those sleepless nights abroad. Getting up, he opened a bottle of red wine.
