"The disaster came too suddenly," one of them said, barely pausing for breath. "The sandstorm injured many people, and the heavy rain triggered several mudslides. We've had to shelter five to six hundred people so far, and we just don't have the capacity to register everyone individually right now. Either you search for them yourself or wait until we can spare the time to help."
