Chapter 65 Was It Really That Bad?

• Ragnar wakes up before Katrina. Somehow he feels lighter and more alive, contrary to how he had been feeling the day before, and Remus has not appeared since he woke up, indicating that at least today he won't be arguing with him. He turns and looks at the woman sleeping next to him. His fingers itch to touch her flushed cheeks and to fix the strands of hair stuck to her forehead, but he doesn't want to wake her up so early after all the commotion last night.
• Katrina's cheeks turn even redder when she opens her eyes and notices Ragnar staring at her intensely, while he clears his throat to relieve his urge to laugh at her shyness.
