• That night, Jarl stays until dawn in the castle with Katrina and then leaves. That same morning, he cancels all his planned activities at the office and meets with Gabriel. To their surprise, the inheritance is much greater than they actually knew.
• "That Mauricio is a damned liar!" grumbles Jarl when Gabriel informs him about all his wife's assets. "That liar wanted to take absolutely everything."
