Chapter 37

• I woke up disoriented with a strong headache, looking around in confusion as I realized I had no idea where I was. Panic set in when I felt an arm around my waist, and I became alarmed seeing myself naked. Slowly turning around, I discovered it was Gael. “Why do you have to be so weak?” I wondered. Gael began to stir, and I panicked, not wanting him to see me, but it was too late. Gael opened his beautiful eyes and smiled.
• “Hello, naughty girl, I see you woke up,” he said. I released his grip and stood up, wrapping my body in a sheet.
• “Where are you going?” Gael asked as he also got up from the bed naked.
