Chapter 6 Lover

  • He was certainly easy going.
  • While the thought lingered in Cen Yao’s mind, she haphazardly rummaged for her clothing. In the end, when she had fished her shirt out from beneath the bed, the corners of her mouth twitched, at the sight of the many buttons that it was missing.
  • “Sir, you… you were a little too rough. I can lodge a complaint against you for this.”
  • “Are you sure that the one who was rough was me?” The man set his coffee cup down and sauntered towards her. His long fingers slowly undid his shirt buttons down to the third one.
  • As Yingying had earlier proclaimed, this man was a fine one. It was a crude waste for him to be a gigolo!
  • “Take a good look at the abuse you’d inflicted.” He walked closer, leaning forward to grasp her hand before sliding it into his shirt, with three undone buttons.
  • Cen Yao felt as though her palm was burning up, so she pulled it out, “Seeing it is good enough. There’s no need to touch it.”
  • Yet, the man’s muscles were terrifically well-toned!
  • Raising his eyebrows, he smiled and admitted huskily, “You’re right. You’ve already touched me from head-to-toe last night.”
  • Cen Yao was so embarrassed that she had wanted to find a hole in the ground to bury herself.
  • She looked at the black-and-blue love bites on his chest, as well as the bite marks on his neck in disbelief, “Did I do that?”
  • He nodded his head, “Is this some pastime of yours?”
  • No way?
  • Cen Yao laughed forcibly, “I’m so sorry. I was drunk. Maybe… I make a bad drunk.”
  • He found it hilarious. It was not that she was a bad drunk, but she was rather a dreadful one. Last night, they did nothing at all. He had got bitten by this wild kitty all night long.
  • Ultimately, Cen Yao donned the shirt with several missing buttons, fleeing from the room before making her way to the hotels’ mall section to select a dress to change into.
  • Her phone rang repeatedly.
  • “Yaoyao, I’m so sorry about last night! Xudong dragged me back,” pleaded Jiang Yingying.
  • “Jiang Yingying, you disloyal friend!” Cen Yao gritted her teeth.
  • “What happened? Why do you have such a huge temper this early in the morning?”
  • Cen Yao tugged at the dress that she was wearing, “Someone stole my virginity last night. Of course, I’m having a temper.”
  • Despite losing her virginity, she did not sense much discomfort down below. Perhaps… it was because the man was very gentle on her last night?
  • He did not seem like the kind sort. Would her clothing get ruined if he were?
  • Jiang Yingying shrilled in wonder, “Did… did you let Bu Ziang take your virginity? My dear Yao, letting one of the male prostitutes in Xudong’s club take your virginity beats giving it to Bu Ziang, okay?”
  • “No, it wasn’t Bu Ziang.” In contrast to Jiang Yingying’s shrieking, Cen Yao remained silent, the entire time. Amidst her silence was undisguisable lonesomeness.
  • Bu Ziang had been her husband for many years.
  • All these years, he had tirelessly slept with other women. As for her, finally unable to endure this loneliness and hurt, she made the most shameful move possible. Nonetheless, it did not matter as she did not view it as a bad start. Perhaps, it would make a good finale.
  • There was a twinge in her nose, but she proudly raised her head swiftly, suppressing the sour sensation.
  • From the other end, Jiang Yingying yelped in fear, “If it wasn’t Bu Ziang, then who was it? Why haven’t you mentioned it to me before if you’ve had a lover?”
  • “I don’t know him.”
  • “Don’t know him? How did you find him?”
  • “I paid money for him.”
  • “Paid for him?” Jiang Yingying’s lips twitched. Since when had her Yao become so open-minded?
  • “Where did you get him?”
  • “From your brother’s club.”
  • “From Xudong’s place? Yao… don’t tell me that it was the charming man whom we’d seen last night?”
  • “Congratulations. You’ve got it right.”
  • “Oh, My God!” Jiang Yingying fell on her bed.
