Chapter 28 Space

• After bathing I climb into bed, and ignore the world. I sleep the rest of the day away and the night. Grateful not to be around people, I need time to think of a plan. A plan that gets me away from Joel but keeps Ivy safe as well. My dad has been calling but I ignored him, if he apologises he will expect me to go back, and I can’t do that.
• Jasper tries calling but I ignore him as well, but his texts become increasingly more worried, so I tell him where I am. Not long after there is a knock at the door and I walk through, opening it, he stands looking at me confused.
• “Baby girl, it’s been twenty-four hours your dad is freaking out, stop ignoring him.”
