Chapter 2 Plans

  • I watch my dad pull James away from me, and Uncle Jasper grabs me and steadies me. James is looking far too pleased right now considering my dad has him by the throat.
  • “Touch her, or look at her again, I will kill you. I don’t care if she crying on your doorstep you fucking stay away!” My dad hits him, and James laughs.
  • “Daddy!” What the hell?
  • “Don’t say fuck all here princess! Wait.” I nod and he drags me out, I look at all the bikes. My dad wanted to make a statement tonight to James and he did, with too many members of the club behind him. Sitting on the back of his bike I hold onto him.
  • He turns a corner and I look around confused. We’re not going home? I wait and watch as he stops at the club, fuck. I climb off the bike and stand, he points to the building.
  • “Princess, get your ass in there now.” He’s doing it here so if anyone sees me with James they will know. I walk in and he follows.
  • “You went too far, Daddy!” He shouldn’t have hit James.
  • “I wanted to go further princess, so don’t complain! You partying and drinking I can deal with. You fucking guys, fine, but not him!” I laugh at his words and he glares at me. James has a bad reputation, but he isn’t all bad.
  • “James isn’t bad daddy.”
  • “Princess!” He looks at me frustrated
  • “Kiddo, listen to your dad. Stay away from James.” Uncle Jasper looks at me.
  • “I’m nearly eighteen Daddy!” He can’t do this.
  • “And still living at home. So I make the rules. No James. Tomorrow, next month, or in six years! You go near him again, you’re banned from the clubs.” I freeze at his words
  • “Daddy!”
  • “Kiddo, listen to him.” I turn and look at my Uncle Jasper.
  • “Fine Daddy. No James.”
  • “I just want you to find someone who is worthy of you. Not just looking to use you. Uncle Diesel will take you home.” My dad speaks and I nod and follow Uncle Diesel out. Getting home I go straight to bed, not regretting my actions but wondering if my dad is right. Maybe I should wait for someone worthy?
  • 3 Months Later:
  • It’s been three months since my dad showed up at James’ house party and pulled me out. I’ve stuck to my word and not touched him since. The house is busy, the party is in full swing and I feel sad to be leaving, but I need to move on with my life.
  • “Well now honey, I sure have missed that ass,” I smirk and turn to James. His eyes instantly inspect my body. “New clothes, little one?” He licks his lips and I nod.
  • “My last party before leaving town. I had to make an effort.”
  • “How about we say goodbye, for old times?” His words have me laughing.
  • “My dad would kill you, James.”
  • “Your worth dying for.” I groan and step away from him. “Honey, why do you do that? Doubt how fucking amazing you are?” He leans forward, cupping my chin. “You realise I would risk your dad’s wrath to have you every day, right?
  • “James, I have already told you, me, and you, are never having an exclusive relationship.
  • “I know, and I have a theory of why.” I laugh at his words.
  • “Go on, enlighten me.” This should be good.
  • “Me, Paul, Kane, we all showed interest, an interest that showed you that you could have that forever but you used us as nothing but a sex toy, let’s be honest. While, Matt, Gary and is your latest one Nathan? Won’t offer you forever but you agree to exclusivity for them. You’re fearful of commitment.
  • Shit, I stare at him and he laughs, a smug look on his face. “How is your new Master anyway?”
  • “Done.” I shrug and he looks at me confused then laughs. “You were right, okay. Exclusivity, just me and him well I walked in on him with another submissive bound perfectly at his feet.”
  • “Well, I won’t gloat or say ‘I told you so’. Just maybe don’t run from every man who could possibly give you forever.” He kisses my cheek and walks off. I love James, but even if I was willing to agree to forever, and love, James wouldn’t be it.
  • “Dance little mouse?” The words send a shiver down my spine, turning I look at the guy.
  • “Nickname already? I feel special now.” I smile and he chuckles.
  • “I’m Joel, and you are?” He holds out his hand waiting.
  • “Harl, I’m Harley.” He stops for a second and his smile widens.
  • “I believe I have heard of you Harley. The princess of the biker club, right? I was just told a story of how your daddy as you call him, threatened a man he didn’t see as worthy.”
  • I roll my eyes, great, more people talking.
  • “You have it right, so run.” I go to turn and he stops me.
  • “You think I will run without first trying? There’s a chance your daddy will approve, or at least, let us date.” I groan at his words and step back.
  • “No thanks, I don’t date.”
  • “Oh, I know. You’re all for contracts, keeping things distanced, that I can do, but in your daddy’s eyes, we’re dating.”
  • “Who have you spoken to?” I look around annoyed.
  • He laughs and grips my chin. “No one, I heard your friend who just left you talking. So, I have a proposition for you. We talk, discuss things, get to know each other, then decide if this is worthy of a contract, nothing more than that except to those who need it to be more.”
  • “I don’t even know you.” Usually, at these parties it’s people I know, this has randoms in it.
  • “Well, you know my name is Joel. So that’s a start, right?” I nod and find myself spending the whole party talking to him. He’s someone I know I could never love, and based on what he wants, love isn’t on the table. So, it’s just my kind of relationship.
