Chapter 18 Signals

• Everything else is smaller and easier to resolve. After going through the contract together he has me sit with a list of acts, items and other things. I mark off what I have tried, enjoyed, didn’t enjoy and what I’m willing to try. Sitting I watch him as he goes through it shocked, he didn’t think I would have done so much. To be fair, a lot of it was done because of Joel, not in the dynamics, it wasn’t a choice.
• “Explain why there is a lot you have ticked done but unsure of?” I think about how I can explain it without him knowing
• “I don’t know, I just feel like because I wasn’t comfortable with him, I never fully relaxed so I don’t know if I would enjoy it.” That is all I can say.
