Chapter 26

• There's not much to do at the D'Angelo mansion, every time I come back from my mother's house I get lost in this huge place, or I get stuck in a library or even in the swimming pool, or I simply sleep and for this reason, I decided to return with my morning runs. This time accompanied by my brutish security guard, and don't think I'm doing this outside the estate, because it's so big here that there seems to be no end to it. Like now, I'm coming back from another run and when I get home from my workout, I run up the stairs and straight to the bathroom.
• To my surprise, I hear the shower turn on and notice that the door is ajar. Curious, I slowly approach and catch a glimpse of Gael's wet body. He's standing with his back to me under the water that's falling like a waterfall. I sigh audibly and think, should I go in or not? I bite my lower lip with a cheeky thought and start to undress, I enter the room slowly and silently, then I enter the shower and hug him from behind, kissing his back for a long time. Gael looks sideways, meets my eyes and leans in to kiss me, and I stand on my tiptoes to get more access to his mouth.
