• At first, Freya was furious. But when she reasoned that it must be a trick as such gibberish came from the same maid she was suspecting, she decided to go talk about it privately with Arthur. “Leave!!!” She commanded the maid before her and headed towards the Alpha's room.
• Entering, she didn't believe her eyes. Arthur was lying lifeless on the floor. She rushed to him and shook his body constantly…. “If this is a prank, just end it and open your eyes.” she shrieked, trying to open his eyes. “Pupils dilated. What is wrong with him?”
• She studied his pulse and it was faint. “His body is chilly—” she bit her lower lip. “Arthur!!!” her voice resounded in the room. “Geralt!!!” she repeated, breathing endlessly. “This isn't a joke. Call the physician…” she ordered and struggled to get him up until he was laid on the bed.
