Retno smiled contentedly as she looked at the shopping bags in her hands. Although her initial plan was to only buy a few clothes for Rio, she ended up getting carried away. Some of the shopping bags contained lingerie and clothes for herself. In her heart, Retno truly hoped that Rio would be happy when he saw her wearing them later that night. She was determined to do everything to keep Rio from ever turning away from her. One of the things she could do was always appear beautiful, sexy, and alluring in front of Rio.
As she was about to look for dinner for herself and Rio later, Retno suddenly caught sight of a scene that made her freeze in her tracks. Far inside the restaurant, Rio was sitting next to a young and beautiful woman. Retno hoped her eyes were playing tricks on her. Unfortunately, when Retno blinked a few times, what she saw in front of her was not just a figment of her imagination. It was a harsh reality slapping her in the face.
