Chapter 41

• Tonight Retno turned off her car engine as she arrived in front of a two-story house on Wonosari street. Quickly, she got out of the car and headed towards the gate of the house. Upon arrival, Retno tried to ring the bell there. After waiting for a while, no one opened the door for her. Now Retno tried to contact Prima, but her call was not answered by her boyfriend's friend.
• Panic and fear began to envelop Retno until she stumbled when a car honked at her and the car's headlights shone on her body. Retno turned around and saw a black sedan car nearby. Shortly after, a man got out of the car.
• Retno could only breathe a sigh of relief when she saw that it was indeed Prima. Prima, walking towards her, made Retno see that Prima's face was full of bruises and there was a slight tear at the corner of his lip.
