- Retno was trying not to protest at the way Prima was driving as if it was her first time behind the wheel. If she had known that Prima's driving was like this, Retno would never have agreed to Rio's suggestion. In her heart, Retno had already promised to protest to Rio after Rio returned home to Jogja early Friday morning.
- "Aunt Retno, why have you been quiet all this time?"
