• "You better be well when I come to see you later," Denny made his tone sound threatening. He is enjoying thinking that this silly girl is nervous. He can imagine how Trisha is going to do her best to appease him again.
• And he was right. Trisha was now worried she wouldn't meet Mister Vero's expectations of her. She has to recall all her training as a way to make sure her client would be happy to be with her tonight.
