• “Uh…” I smile, a tad awkwardly. “Well, that’s what I was about to tell you. Mom, dad, meet Kian. You guys know him I’m sure,” I turn to find Kian still standing where he is, looking extremely uncomfortable. I gesture towards him. “Kian, uh, want some breakfast?” I get out of the chair and walk towards him, grabbing his hand and dragging him into the kitchen.
