- I wander over to the bookcase, running my fingers over the spines of Sean’s collection. He has an eclectic taste, from classic literature to contemporary thrillers. I pull out a well-worn copy of Pride and Prejudice and smile, remembering how Sean once passionately argued that Mr. Darcy was the epitome of misunderstood heroism. He even tried to convince me to watch the 2005 movie adaptation with him, which we did one night at his home where he still lives with his mom and sister.
- Oh, and yes, Coraline hates me just as much as ever, always accusing me and Sean for sending her father to prison. She does not want to admit that her father is a rapist and deserves to rot in hell. She still believes he was framed and continues to pay her father a visit whenever she can.
