Chapter 53 A Waiting Game

• It's been two weeks, and I'm still anxious. Has Marcus and I conceived? But I haven't felt anything unusual in my body, and when I tried using a pregnancy test, the result was negative. I felt a bit disheartened, and I don't want to try again immediately because it might be negative once more, and I'll only feel disappointed again. So, I'll just wait to see if it really happened.
