Chapter 52

• There was a rush hour at work the following day and Owen was not helping matters, he had sent Felicity on a task and I was left to occupy the front desk and do most of Felicity's jobs, I know this was a way for him to punish me.
• Felicity has whined when Owen sent her on the task, she knows it was not something so important, but she couldn’t say no when Owen was still head over us, although he smiled at her and told her gently that he didn't really mean to send her but it was important.
• “Aren’t you trying so hard?” He asked me sarcastically and I looked up at him with a frown. I still don’t understand why someone 21-year-old would still act this childish like he was in elementary school.
