• Chloe POV
• As I walked down the stairs, I saw Mr Kelvin standing close to the stairs in his majestic looks waiting for me, he looked up at me and for a while, I couldn’t tell what he was thinking neither can I describe what he felt,
• He stretched his hand out to me and I took it, his gaze never leaving mine. “I am sorry for not being there to protect you.” He said softly and I blinked, I had thought he would be angry but these words took me by surprise.
