Chapter 47

• I have been pacing around my office for quite some time now. I was uneasy, no, I was excited, excited that she would be coming to the company, excited that I was going to see her more often than before.
• It was a good feeling, but a part of me felt like I wouldn’t see her. If I felt she wouldn’t come, perhaps she might leave again in a way to escape me or hide from me.
• I stared out of the window multiple times, looking down to see every passenger that dropped by with a taxi or a bus. I don’t know why I was so thrilled like this, I never imagined I would be this way.
