• At the order of the king, we were roughly thrown into the dungeon by his lycan warriors and the gates were shut firmly. The dungeon is just as I remembered, we were thrown into different cells on the same block. The guards searched us for hidden weapons or anything that we could use and try to escape, but they couldn’t find anything with us because we weren’t packing any. I let them him and my generals as they please, I felt the urge to punch their faces so hard that they lose a few tooth. But I curbed my anger and let them get away with it, I need them to believe that I have given up on this war. Their ego will be fed and they will celebrate their victory, they will think that they have finally won this war. They will be too busy celebrating their victory, they won’t see what is coming for them.
• Declan had told us to lay low for a while because it would take a couple of hours for his trusted warriors to get to us. His father is a paranoid bastard, he may look as if he believes our story, but that doesn’t mean that he will let his guard down. He will keep a close eye on us, he won’t give us a chance to escape, he will keep tabs on us every fucking minute. Although I wonder why he had taken Lorenzo to another room. As far as I know, he hasn’t had any encounter with Lorenzo, I mean, he doesn’t even know the guy. Apart from the fact that he wants to get rid of him and take his place as the Mafia Lord, I can confidently say that he has absolutely nothing to say to the guy. Except he wants to torture him and find out why we are here, in which case I wouldn’t be wrong if I say that we are all screwed. Lorenzo and a few of his boys are the only humans in our midst. If Lorenzo is tortured by a Lycan, he would not be able to withstand the pain. He would break, and he would tell him everything he wants to know. It would be even worse if he uses some of he black magic on him. I know about the charms he uses on women, I have no idea if he has gotten something that would work on humans as well. With king Ashford, you really can’t tell, we have no idea what he is capable of, I just have to wait and pray that Declan and his guys find a way to get us out of this dungeon before kind Ashford gets into Lorenzo’s head and breaks his resolve.
