Chapter 79 Hiding From Ashford
- Stephanie’s POV
- I’m in a very beautiful room that could be mistaken for a deluxe room. You know, the difference in a standard king room and a deluxe king room is the space and amenities, but this room has more space and many more amenities than the best deluxe room you have ever seen. This room has a huge living room, sofa bed, I mean a standard size king bed and a pull out sofa bed. It has two televisions, a mini refrigerator, one huge bathroom and a huge walk in closet. There is mini dining on his balcony, and a coffee maker right next to the dining. It is looks like a kings room, no, I mean, it is the kings room and I wondered why I was brought to this very room. It had taken me a while before I mustered the courage to open my eyes and check out my surroundings, the guards had left the room after they threw me on the bed. I laid there on the bed for almost an hour, I refused to open my eyes because I thought that king Ashford would step in at any moment and he would turn me into a horny freak by just gazing into my eyes.
- I waited and waited but the door remained shut and no one came in, not even the guy that had whispered in my ears the other time. He assured me that Maxwell will come and get me out of here, but so far, he hasn’t come back to tell me what he is planning, but I’m pretty sure that I’m screwed, I’m completely screwed. There is no way that Max will be able to get to me on time, I need to find a way out of this. I waited a few more minutes to see if anyone would come in, when nobody showed up, I decided to explore this room and see if I would stumble on anything that would help me get out of here in one piece. And that was how I took a tour of this enormous room, but I couldn’t find a way out, not even a ventilation shaft that my hands could reach. It looks like a prison a beautiful prison if I’m being honest.
