- "Beta Vaz, I was counting, and there is one missing box in the inventory," I told Beta Vaz, who glanced at me, then surveyed the surrounding boxes as though he could count them by sight. I'd used my magic to vanish one box.
- "Why are you standing here? Where did the box go?" Vaz demanded, his voice ominous and his eyes glowing with an eerie light.
