Chapter 14 - Running Away

• "What are you doing?" Henry asked me, but I ignored him completely. I took the bag and went to the kitchen area first. I took everything that I found there and threw it in the bag. After that, I went inside the washroom and stuffed the innerwears in the smallest pocket of the bag, and finally ended up packing the bag with two pairs of jeans, a few tank tops, and a jacket... (Don't forget the needed documents.) I opened the smallest box in the cupboard and placed all the needed documents inside my bag. I took my bag with me and packed the huntress kit. If my calculations are correct, then Diego's body will take at least one hour more to recover from the wolfsbane that I injected into him, so I didn't inject more into his body. Instead, I prepared two guns with the darts of a high dose of wolfsbane and loaded two other guns with silver bullets... (Please God, just don't place me in some situation where I have to use these silver bullet guns.)
• "Ready to run?" Diego asked me, still smirking, and I badly wanted to punch that smirk off his face, but I also knew that it would not harm him... (If so much wolfsbane didn't harm his body, then this punch will do nothing but waste my time.)
• "You are not leaving me here!" Henry shouted and thrashed, while Diego laughed sinisterly in his place... (Why am I getting the feeling of betrayal? This is exactly something that a wolf will surely do to a hunter.) I think the attraction that I am feeling towards him made me ignore the warnings that my instincts are giving me.
