• As the birthday celebration wound down, the festivities came to a natural pause.
• Kayla mentioned she had to head home; her family had arranged a birthday gathering for her, so she wouldn't be able to spend the evening with everyone. She'd made sure accommodations were set up for everyone, hoping they could enjoy more of Willowbank.
• Kayla was about to leave, but the others were still in high spirits. A few of the guys, especially, were enjoying themselves with Cindy and even suggested hitting a bar, an idea most of the group welcomed.
