Chapter 191 Swamped emotions

• Nick tried to convey and make known to Kate how he really feels about her, how he feels for her, how he wants to express to her his desires and longing without restraints. He was worried about how Kelly would react to his indecency. Knowing the latter was still lying in a coma state in the hospital, but his first concern right now is to make his beloved Kate feel the honesty and sincerity of his words.
• Nick used his knees and an elbow as his support not to press Kate down on the bed, but he made sure his right hand was free to touch her. He kissed all her tears away. Nick gently held Kate's left cheek to make sure she wouldn't move away to escape his kisses as his lips trailed from her forehead to the bridge of her nose, to her lips and chin.
• Kate did not resist, but she also did not know how to respond. With her eyes still tightly shut, she did not know what Nick was doing aside from feeling the touch of his lips all over her face. Then she felt his kisses on her lips, pecking hers from corner to corner. Nick nibbled lightly on her lower lips to let his invading tongue into her sweet mouth, but Kate won't open her lips.
