• Troy motioned around the room. “Everyone, take a seat. We have a short time before we have to be at the council chambers.”
• “We’re going back to see the elders?” Rafael went over and stood by the glass wall, crossing his arms over his chest.
• “Yes.” Chase placed a kiss on the top of Alona’s head when she sat down. He didn’t sit, just stood there with his hands on her shoulders. “Kara has found the answers to our questions.”
