• I stand there looking at the door, listening to her yell at me, “Braxton! Don’t you dare!” I put my hand on the door and whisper to her, “I love you, Moon.” I turn back towards the door to see Aaron standing there with his arms crossed. “You know she is going to kill you right?”
• I grunt at him as I stride past him. “I don’t have a choice; this is the only way to protect her. We have to protect her at all costs.”
