Chapter 32 Cafeteria Drama

• Addy’s POV
• Hearing about the rumors this morning really put me into a mood for most of the day. I couldn’t shake the pain in my heart over hearing Brax might be taking someone as a chosen. I know it’s none of my business, and I am not sure why it bothers me so bad but hearing that felt like my heart was breaking.
• The girls could tell I wasn’t in much a mood today. Gabby was pretty upset herself from Brax trying to pull the whole Alpha male on her, so we stayed close today, but we didn’t talk much. I was relieved when the bell rang for lunch, and all three of us were headed to the cafeteria. I had noticed a few extra guards on duty at the school, but none were personally following me around so that was a relief.
