Chapter 55 The Moon Wolf

• We have been here at Blood Moon Pack for 5 days. Addy turns 18 tomorrow, and I have to get back to see her. I am ready to make it official that she is my mate. Blaze is becoming unbearable over the last two days, and he is going to drive me insane. Addy will shift tonight, and I had planned on being there for it, but now it looks like I won’t make it. The rain pushed the meeting from Thursday to Saturday, and it has been nonstop with some of these old grouches since. Tonight, we need to wrap these plans up and get everyone to agree so we can get back to our packs, which I am also starting to worry if that will even be possible with all the rain. It has rained nonstop since we have been here, and several roads have been washed out.
• I hear a knock on the door, and I call for the person to enter. Aaron comes meandering in. “Dude, I am so over all of this. I am ready to go home.” He was just as exhausted as I was, and we needed to figure all of this out so we can make sure we keep our packs safe. Keep Addy safe. So far, the Alpha from Golden Crest hasn’t been able to get much from the Rouge, which is frustrating all in itself. But it sounds like his men may have gotten a little information from him after this last round of interrogation. His Beta arrived today to brief us on what they finally found out.
