- And so Max tells him that he lost his father at the age of thirteen, how hard it was to keep growing up without him, but that he moved forward anyway. He tells him about his achievements, trying to avoid what really leads him to the self"destruction that his life full of excess means."
- But the doctor senses something else and asks him.
- "Max, have you had any romantic disappointment in the last ten or twelve years?"
