Chapter 22

• She nods, and as soon as Max leaves the room, she starts to look at him more closely. She sees a door next to a huge shelf with some books, opens it, and finds a small but comfortable bathroom. She takes the opportunity to wash her hands, but realizes there is no soap or towels there.
• She will take care of that later, for now the water helps her to remove some of Ferny's drool and not dirty the documents.
• She sits on the couch, which is quite comfortable, more than the one in her office, and starts reading, signing, and sighing.
