Chapter 7 False Hope

• Margot continued playing as Harry’s good wife. She woke up at dawn to prepare everything her husband needed before going to work. She served him like a housemaid, making sure he got the best treatment. But behind Margot’s faithful act, was a broken-hearted wife who was waiting in the dark to strike back.
• “The breakfast is excellent. We don’t even need to hire a chef to cook for us,” Harry complimented after having his daily delicious breakfast.
• “I’m glad you enjoyed it,” Margot smiled and wiped her husband’s lips with a napkin. “So, does this mean you’re having dinner with me tonight? You have no idea how lonely I can get when I’m alone in the house, Honey… Especially at night when it’s cold,” she hinted to him while gently rubbing the side of her neck.
