• “Are you sure you’re going to be alright? I can stay with you until you’re fully recovered,” Linda said, holding Margot’s hand after driving her home.
• Margot had to stay in the hospital for three more days before she was discharged. She was still wearing a bandage around her head but the wound was healing.
• “It’s fine, Mom. I can take care of myself. It was my fault for being careless last time,” Margot said and pulled back her hand. She gave Linda a flying kiss before getting out of her car.
