• The silence in the car was deafening, Violeta looked out the window completely furious with her father. She had gone so far as to go there just to embarrass her in front of Dylan. If he thought she was a daddy's girl, now with him present after a shootout, she was like a baby. Did no one realize that she was a grown woman, one who could defend herself? Violeta glanced at her father out of the corner of her eye, he looked really serious.
