Chapter 26 Asleep
- He thought he would close his eyes for a moment, but it turned out he hadn't realized how tired his body was. And after Casey left him with a huge erection, he felt even more exhausted. Feeling the softness of the sofa, Cauther slowly fell into a deep sleep. The glass he was holding fell freely to the floor, spilling the reddish liquid on the carpet.
- His body relaxed to such an extent that he could hear nothing but the beating of his heart... and then, he fell completely asleep.
- Carefully, at that late hour of the night, Casey descended the dark stairs. The house at night was cold and eerie. And quite lonely as well. Nevertheless, she continued down the steps. After checking the entire upper floor, she couldn't find Cauther anywhere and assumed he must be downstairs, in some sort of study. Suddenly, in the distance, the dark-haired woman saw the fire in the fireplace extinguish. She thought it was very dangerous to leave it half-lit like that.
