Chapter 9

• I followed the others through carpeted tunnels, down sloped floors and around several turns. The whole time, I was thinking it was a good thing I didn’t bolt like I had intended when I woke up, or I’d still be running up and down these halls trying to find a way out.
• Several of the others went into a room with a wall of screens, I went with Victor, Troy, Michael and Daxx to weave through walls of plexiglass, or I think they were. The cells were a giant rat’s maze.
• We stood in a large room. Arius came toward us down a narrow hall, he turned and then disappeared from our sight.
