• As badly as I wanted to get a front view of the action, there wasn't much I could do. Not only was I currently not an active nurse at the hospital, I was most likely on Rodri's wanted list. I couldn't risk exposure just because my anxiety was spiking.
• The two nurses that had gotten off the elevator with me, quickly scampered off towards the room. Let her be dead, lord, I quickly said a quick prayer in my head. Vanessa's death would do me way too much good with the obvious crisis I was in.
